Around Brighton

Here are a selection of photographs recently taken around the wonderful City of Brighton.  It is a very photogenic place best sampled out of 'season'. Its 21st century economy remains cyclical and much poverty still exists behind the grand facades, and crime and homelessness remain significantly high, as do drug deaths. Images here include the Smash EDO riot in Brighton on Mayday 2009, beach images and winter scenes. The City is best seen as 'a rough diamond.'  For more photos of Brighton please get in touch.
